What really bugs me about people is when they start comparing the NFL to the CFL. They are very different. 11 players vs. 12, the field is much smaller, 4 downs instead of 3, etc. Sure the run game in the NFL is much better (only beacuse they have 1 less player on the field), but people watch the CFL for real football.
People watch football to see close games. What's more fun than NFL teams beating other teams 3-0 when each team takes 7:00 off their drives. Not hard to make 4 downs - any team can. Give them 3 timeouts and it takes the skill out of the game and instead puts timeout strategy into the game. Is that what people really want?
No. People want to see high scoring, tight games which the CFL provides. We watch football to see big plays, hard hits, and REAL football. The real action is right here in the CFL.

CFL is way better except the NFL has more skilled talent that is why their league is better.
All I know about football is that most guys prefer NFL. However, the only football I ever watch is Riders! How about Clermont? He went to my highschool.
Okay, there are so many things wrong with what you are saying here. People compare becasuse there are strengths and weaknesses to both of them which need to be pointed out. That and not everybody wants to see a high scoring game. I'd much prefer to see a good game were the score was low than one were the score went up every 2 minutes. ^.^ Falcons beat the Chargers! I feel the need to point that out! :P

I think the CFL is way better but like cole said the NFL had way more talented players so they make it such a big deal. They say if you can't make it in the NFL you come play the CFL and i so don't agree with that. There are so many talented players in the CFL!!
The thing is, if they had real talent, they'd be in the NFL making a real high amount of money for playing.
